I initially read this as "the saga of the hand-down-me-trousers" which seems just as likely at this point.

I may end up giving it a different grade in the morning, but seeing as how I finished a straight run of the first four episodes less than an hour ago, I'm still basking in the radiance that is Charlie Cox's performance anchoring the show.

Also, how great was the hallway fight at the end of the second episode? Some truly impressive camera-work that serves to heighten the already phenomenal action choreography.

While this is true of the Hobbit movies, I thought some of the action sequences in LotR were pretty good, especially the Helm's Deep battle in Two Towers.

I'm not sure I've ever wished for a movie to fail as much as I want whichever live action Disney adaptation comes next to bomb. I know I don't have to see them, but the fact that they're being made at all is disheartening.
