that doesn't even attempt to answer the question of how freedom pop makes money. Half of your users pay zero, and the other half seemingly pay a small fee. How is that a sustainable business model?
If the only issue is that additional sync cables for the phone you truly want cost a little more, that should not be enough to sway your purchase one way or another. I bought an iPhone 5 last year, and I bought one extra cable for my car. 10£ of extra cost after a year is nothing, and I'm sure you would have paid 10£…

I'm aware of that. But you don't pay full price up front, you essentially pay off the balance over the course of your contract. So if you try to cancel the contract early (and you're obviously keeping the phone) then you should have to pay back the money that was "loaned" to you. Do you seriously disagree with that?
