Wow. I really don't understand how a person can be so delusional and ignorant in this modern age. I asked you to offer some proof of god's existence, and instead of doing so, you claimed that I would deny it, so there was no point. In the end, you chose not to offer any proof. Because there can be no proof of a

false economy my friend. Considering that these will last about 20 times longer than an incandescent, the fact that they cost 12 times as much means that they're almost half the price in the end.

Follow up questions:

Clearly I know how christians work, because you did exactly what I thought you would. Dodging questions and not giving real answers.

Nope.

Are you really dumb enough to believe that "god" is real? God designed nothing. Some people are gay, and some are not. It's not a choice, any more than being attracted to blondes, brunettes, or red heads is a choice.

That's awesome. Now that there's a Hue app for android, couldn't you skip the hard part and just mount the tablet?

I was actually planning on mounting (and hardwiring) an iPad 2 on one of my walls for easier Hue control, so the Tap will save me a bunch of work (and shame from having what is basically a $400 light switch).

That said, I'm totally getting a couple of those controllers when they launch. And when will the GU10 Hue bulbs be available in the U.S.?

So... a $40 bulb (sure), a $60 controller (I could see that), and a $4000 lamp (what 'chop talkin' 'bout Willis)?

Seriously? First, if I thought I was "god", then I would obviously believe in "god", so your logic is flawed. Although that's par for the course when it comes to Christians.

"At least religious people are honest about what they believe."

Glen Danzig. Case closed.

It happens so frequently because christians are wrong.

Yesterday on engadget:
"In the end, the "shockingly small" team had outlined a touchscreen phone with swipe-to-unlock, no physical keyboard and all the music-playing features of the company's iPod series. They ran early software tests on a plastic touchscreen, hooked up to a dated desktop Mac [seen above] — an effort

Facebook is starting to act a lot like MC Hammer in the late 1980's

So that people can use their android phones as thermal cameras.

Because digital watches are fucking boring? In this age of everything on a chip, there is something really amazing about owning a tiny little machine that tells the time (and day/date) with nothing but gears.

But it's Chinese...
