I have to disagree. Apple has axed the optical drive from every product in their lineup with the exception of the non-retina 13" and 15" MacBook Pro. It's kind of assumed now that no optical drive is the norm.

Charles Eames is pretty dead. Herman Miller is the licensed manufacturer, so those are considered "originals". Anything made by another company would be a "replica"

Here's the problem with the replicas (in my opinion, obviously)

Going to have to agree with Victorious on this one. The last generation of Elite plasmas were the best then, and somehow still are. Everybody is focused on 3D and thin bezels, and not putting much effort into picture quality. It's a shame, really. I moved my 50" Elite into the bedroom because I couldn't bare to

My McIntosh MC275 amplifier at $4500. I love listening to it daily, and I guess it could be considered a smart investment since old ones on eBay typically sell for around the same price.

I'm pretty sure a 1TB SSD costs more than a MacMini

What is a "Blackberry Playbook?"

No, you use "an" when it is followed with a vowel sound. In the case of "LCD", it is pronounced "el see dee", so just as you would say "an elephant", you would also say "an LCD".

Um... Yes, and here's why.

Yeah, that's kind of my point. It all seems very arbitrary.

Oh, you're some sort of NFC evangelist. Got it.

Gotcha! None taken. Was just confused.

Since you're so adamant about this, what is the benefit of using a debit card versus a credit card? (Hint: there isn't one)
