I went to a game about a month ago on a Friday night and got parking across the street for $30. I was shocked. I was used to parking slightly further away for $40. I guess having a bad team has some advantages.

As a Giants fan, I’m hoping the A’s get a nice new park by the water as well. It would be really neat on nights they both play to look across the water and peak in to the other teams stadium. Also, I would actually enjoy going to an AL West showdown if it didn’t entail going to the Coliseum. 4th row from the field and

No love for the Stalinist homage that is the Oakland Coliseum?

I’ll be contrarian and say I love this. Trump looks so uncomfortable because he can’t get a word in edgewise, and he has no idea what Kanye’s going to say next. It’s how others always look in his presence, and if that triggers a moment of realization, so be it.

Fingers crossed our new park (fellow A’s fan) will be able to accomplish the same. Especially with the Raiders moving.

Concession corridors suck too, very narrow, but I know I understand why. I could barely get through during a regular season game against the Dodgers, can’t imagine what playoffs are like. All in all though, not a huge deal.

Thirty or forty years ago, Chuck would have been a republican to the right of Nelson Rockefeller and Jacob Javits.

Parking might suck, but where else can you get a ferry to drop you off and pick you up at the stadium doorstep?

Yes.

Here is a little note on the Impala. These are 5 year depreciation trends which means we are most likely looking at 2013 model year vehicles. The 2013 Impala was the last year of the previous generation Impala (excluding the 2014 rental models) which dates as far back as 2006 with the origins of the chassis going back

Canadian here. Um guys, just so you don’t worry that it’s you who’s going crazy or whatever, from the outside looking in this is the most surreal fucking shit we’ve ever seen. We are at once amused, distainful, embarrassed for you and deeply fearful about how this plays out.

He had hype coming out of Colorado since he caught balls from Kordel Stewart. He was a first round draft pick and was competing against Mushin Muhhamed for no 2 WR behind Rocket Ismael.

I read that on my lunch break a year or so ago and had to work really hard to not just burst into tears. It was so moving and tragic and terrifically well written.

I remember as a 12 year-old-kid our family took a trip to San Diego. We had the good fortune of visiting when the 90s Braves were playing the Padres, and being from Seattle and before the advent of interleague play, I begged my dad to take me to the game since this was our only chance to see this historic Braves team

You cannot be serious.

It’s at CarMax. Buy the warranty and you’re golden.

Holy depreciation, Batman!

‘Hey, we’ve fought like hell to make sure we keep costs low by making sure we pay everyone less and less compared to our profits, because we are focused by maximizing shareholder value. Now people can’t afford our product and sales are going down, I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY!’

1st gear:  All I read there is PR bull crap and woe is me.  If people think your product is worth it they’ll buy it.  If you jump the shark on pricing then its your bad.  Manufacturers and dealers know people get loans for these things and rising rates aren’t some new all of a sudden thing.  Maybe they can go back to
