Too be fair the guy in the golf was rear ended and the bus driver attempted to flee so the golf driver blocked his path. The bus driver said it was already damaged but he did admit to hitting it. So the true innocent driver is the golf, until he went to spitting and punching windows but I can see why he'd be agitated.

In many countries you can buy tear gas pistols (where you can't get real ones). They use centerfire tear gas shells and can appear as real guns. I'll bet that is what this is.

The reason Pixar went with the eyes in the windshields was because the added room of the windshield allowed them more freedom with the eyes. I thought this was common knowledge.
