I agree with your husband. That was the worst thing I’ve ever seen on TV. For me, it was less about the gore, and more about the total emasculation of Rick. It was tough to watch, and not at all entertaining.

OK, that’s fine. I am certainly no expert on finance. I guess my point was that Yes, it is publicly traded, but because the family owns 90%, they are basically in total control. The public shareholder have almost no influence, even though they are owners. That is what I meant. :)

It is listed on the stock exchange, and is partially publicly owned, however 90% of the shares are owned by one family, so in essence, they have near-total control. That’s my read.

90% is family owned. 10% is publicly owned.  Its a family business with some outside investment.
