I disagree. The wandering around stuff was necessary. It effectively showed their slow drop in morale and helplessness. Stretching out that long -ass battle and making it the Neville show was not needed. Changing Snape's death was not needed. And the pace was just ...off.

There are almost no black people there! As a person of color, I always looks for other POCs whenever I travel and Iceland had me, one other guy from my flight and a lady working at the hotel with non-Icelandic accent. It was ... weird.
