The absolute most basic Israeli couscous has raisins, cinnamon, and tomatoes in it. I add feta and serve it next to lamb or fish. It’s the same thing.

I’m gonna guess you haven’t tried it. Lots of mediterranean/middle eastern food combines raisins, cinnamon, a yoghurt and a salty item so this seems fine.

I still do this (tuna and any condiment I have in the fridge) fairly often and I’ve been out of college for a long time. I consider it a good snack if I have crackers.
