Well, in fairness, Hannibal is based on series of novels. Novels popularized by the film versions, but based on characters in novels nonetheless.

Someone desperate to get on the A.V. Club's yearly list of bizarre band names, I bet. Really, they're just derivative of !!!

Well, I'm excited to see ?????????, but why'd they have have go & ruin things by including ?????, who are a completely mediocre band? Haven't heard of ??????, though, they could be worth a listen.

But according to the scale used here, a dumb musician could just as easily write a "smart" song by constantly using a variety of multi-syllable words, regardless of how the sounded or if it made sense.

Wait, so does this mean The Champs are some of the dumbest musicians ever because of "Tequila"? Or Daft Punk for "Around the World"?

The Riddler? He's taking a vacation for the Summer how that Gotham has ended, in between robbing a few banks & polishing the death traps in his spare time.

Yeah, I checked before, & it was a typo: The song was from 2009.

So according to that last chart, one of the dumbest songs over the last decade…was from 2001.

More like the longer the couch gag = the worse the episode, but your equation isn't wrong, either.

I give this list an A simply for actually being able to remember & include StarTropics. Poor guys don't even have a Smash Bros. trophy…

I honestly thought it would be a buddy cop show from the show's name alone. Making it into an extended Lone Wolf and Cub reference was even better.

What struck me as odd is that Act 2 ended with Homer starting to warm up to the idea of a Waldorf school, then Act 3 began with him celebrating it…and then his involvement was never brought up again.

Yeah, that's kind of my problem with a lot of season finales and premieres surrounding sitcoms these days, not just The Simpsons in general. They never take the time to make them feel like grand events anymore. A little effort's all I ask…

Also, this does raise the question of how Gunther was able to enter Finn's dream…maybe Hunson was on to something when he said that Gunther was the most evil soul he had seen waaaay back in Season 2. Could it be a Lich-level being among us all along?

The reveal that is was Gunther all along at the end made me laugh out loud, I kid you not. Also, I feel stupid for not having noticed the obvious foreshadowing in that the ladybird's dreams involved either being surrounded by tuxedos or ice. Damn clever stuff indeed, & an amazing episode all around. ^_^

And King of the Hill too, with "Hooked On A Feline." And they used the Yearbook Office one twice! C-minus, see me after class.

Awww, I was hoping for a pun related to the movie, like being denied an Oscar or something involving Bullock. Too "Film Freak", I guess?

Well, what can I say, after Zero Year had a similar setup of people approaching you trying to best you at your own game in which failure resulted in a trip down a pit with hungry animals at the end, it just sorta springs to mind.

Can I at least ask (while falling) what kinds of death traps lie at the bottom of the pit? Just curious, because you've dropped so many people down there with this question alone that odds are at least one of us becomes a supervillain as well due to them.

Suicide, if you're deciding to get involved with a battle like that involving those psychos.
