Heard submitted the records to the court. There was a lot of evidence that was not use. The records in the trial were all public. The public and purchase the records of the case so one of Depp’s fans did just that. Then the records were released online. So this wasn’t a HIPPA. Violation. 

Medial professional and therapist notes are admissible as evidence and was submitted to the court.. Depp’s lawyers fought and won the ability to not show Heard’s medical records. This is one of the reason that Amber won the ability to appeal the case.

That’s not true. She had a contract and they couldn’t just vacated it. Instead her role was shrunk down as much as possible before the UK trial. There was a campaign before the UK trial to get Heard fired from Aquaman.
