How is yard work punishment? The mother mentions that other forms of discipline have not worked with him. This, to me, is so much better than yelling, spankings or other physical punishment. I guess I’m not understanding why so many people in the comments feel like this is a bad thing.

I don’t know if this is really bullying. To me, nothing that the mother did comes across as bullying. I agree with Ugh, I don’t agree with the public posting but the parenting style is ok with me.
