It is disappointing to be sure. I remember hearing about issues with steam coils vibrating at one of the plants back when I lived in San Diego. Nuclear plants had advanced a long way since we stopped building them in the US (1970s?). It would interesting to see how well a plant designed this century or even in the

Sure but we cannot ignore opportunities to make improvement in fighting global warming. Even small ones are worthwhile and will add up in the long run. Electric cars are really shaping up to be an easy change too that will not require drastic changes to the way we live now.

I am assuming the worry is more with batteries right?

What we all are dancing around and not saying is Greed. Plain and simple, greed. Companies can make profits and this is okay but there comes a point were that turns to greed. Looking at prices today we are there.

People like to point that out but can you actually buy it new and not as a fleet truck? Right now, anyone of us Jalops go to any lot in America and buy that V6 truck anywhere near $20K?

Yes, it is. It is too much for a truck., for any truck, and 70K is plain stupid. The fact that a lot of average cars (ie not luxury cars) have reached this same ~30K price level is also unacceptable. I don’t buy that safety requirements and technology are solely to blame for the rise in prices either.

Or gasp... compete with another vehicle at all!

Those people suck and unfortunately there are infinitely more of them than people, like you, that understand acceptable times to use light bars.

Or because he does not want to admit that he was more turned on by, what’s his butt, last year shirtless on stage... and his butt

I saw this when F9 released the video... It works but this is something that I don’t think I will ever do. Riding on a car based tire you will never get heat into the tires to be able to get the most out it. F9 says as much.

As much as I love and enjoy the F&F series I am afraid we have jumped the shark, set the shark on fire and jumped it again

In someways they already do. Freaking toll roads in DFW are annoying

The Zoolander “ To School For Trillion-Dollar Planes That Can’t Shoot Good”

I made the argument else where but it also works here because I would make the same argument against all of the cars listed

We hear this same “low volume” argument every single time as a justification but it is bullshit.

I have a friend that got to ride the first Livewire because they did a ride day where he was stationed in TX. He had nothing but great things to say about it. Not at all sure why HD sat on that for what seems like 10 years but they did. Waiting so long to put that product out and asking such a crazy amount for it only

I was at a launch party for a new Triumph just a couple weeks ago and was doing rider days with the local Ducati dealer last summer. Age wise, yeah, the only people my age are often the ones working those events. We are riding though. We are just sticking to cheaper and used.

Skewed, totally possible. However, I think that there are more riders than you realize. They are just on small cc machines that escape registration or look like ones that do and abuse that (scooters and grom like things). Or are riding much older used and from my observation Japanese bikes are reliable

A 15-20K motorcycle will always be hard to justify. Besides someone my parents age needing a Goldwing, a Rebel Dentist Special or someone buying an out and out race bike I have a hard time seeing anyone justifying that much for a motorcycle. The most I have personally paid for a motorcycle is ~5K and that was for a

Why buy a HD when you could by damn near anything else, new or used, for far less?
