You might be onto something here. The number of freshman girls I have heard talking about wanting to be pregnant and get that hold baby thing done already is frightening. Not even joking

Hey now, you good and well that their stance is that they are not magicians.
I am not a fan of his at all. I do not find him enjoyable but his self awareness here and commitment to personal growth go a long way.
I think that Cypher means the second picture not Furiosa
Definitely not the same thing. Engineering is very simple... I want to know what is, what it does and if I can break it.
The first machine I ever built was a 286 off the remains of several other 286s. DOS was interesting and mostly for playing a stash of old 5 1/2 floppy games that were still floating around. I lived in a lab town with a bunch of pack-rat scientist so this stuff was still easy to find even in the 2000s. Hell we had a…
Evidence? When stopped make a point of asking to see what the radar readout is. That is evidence and a simple request to be made at the time of the stop. Don’t expect them to be too happy about the request and only worth doing when you really were not speeding. I don’t like doing it myself. Often in my experience the…
Best roadtrip/moving vehicle ever. I speak from experince.
“Cop passing is illegal in a lot of places and the law’s enforcement is very regional. Some places are very serious about it”
Cops /SHOULD/ have an elevated situational awareness as a matter of job description.
I don’t. I don’t fear their bs. My father was a cop but left the force because in his words “he couldn’t stand those assholes.” If am doing the speed limit screw them. I pass them all the time when the rest of traffic freaks out. I have no problem going to court to prove them wrong. It was fun father/son activity at…
Maybe I should give the Mazda6 a second try but I have held a hate for it after it was the loner car I was given by the dealer. It was the sloppiest, slowest and worst driving thing I have been. I can easily believe that it has improved because it is hard to fall off the floor.

I am excited by what I saw and want to play. But I am a little annoyed at how the closed beta keys worked. Turns out many had friend keys and several were giveaways on social media. Watching the reddit posts following it and people trying to get and trade friend keys I think it would have been better to actually give…

It is a money issue. Better designs are not cheap and getting those designs through to completion is even more expensive. Same with finding ways to refine and reuse spent fuel and waste.
It is because the rate of decay is exponential and follows the formula in the graph. While the amount remaining is always shrinking by half it will never completely reach zero. It just becomes infinitely small but never zero.
Have you read Red Atom by Paul Josephson? There are some crazy stories about the Soviets and their box of matches. It really is the right analogy.
I think that this is because to these Execs an “electric car” has to be solely economical and there for slow and stripped of all possible amenities. It is the same problem that existed with hybrids before it. None of these cars have to be boring, slow or poor handling but these companies are not willing to build…
They could always go the VW route and build (almost) everything on the same modular platform. Spreading the costs of the platform across every possible model with small changes.
