Is Honda refusing to fix it, or refusing to warranty/cover the costs associated with fixing it?  Critical difference.  Not to say there isn’t a justifiable reason for a company to refuse to repair something (maybe the rest of it is in such poor shape they don’t want to be associated with it), but there’s a difference.
