So they’re repurposing a ship that would otherwise be dismantled in an environmentally friendly manner, and your take is it’s bad, just because it’s for a billionaire?

There’s a 6 month wait for the long range Model Y. If you sold a product and couldn’t keep up with demand you would be out of your mind to not raise the price. Selling products at the highest margin possible is sort of business 101.

Just got the Canadian pricing for my Ioniq 5. I ordered the AWD Ultimate version, which has more toys and luxury than a Model Y, and is $62k CAD including freight and PDI ($49k USD). It will apparently qualify for the $5k federal government rebate, so that brings it down to $46k USD). I think that’s way better value

It was such a tragedy in the early days of deodorant, when multiple countries had their hospitals completely overwhelmed by people having a reaction to the aluminum.

My wife and I are REALLY looking forward to the new RWD platforms. If they have a decent amount of space in the back (Mazda’s can be cramped on the inside, as they’re built on previous generation dimensions), we’re looking at that RWD Mazda 6 as our next car.

This sounds like a job for a hovercraft!

I don’t really like plastic-clad wheel arches, but I hope that Subaru takes some notes on this for the WRX.

How about look up a few values first.

It’s a magic glove box, new 50 year old parts just appear there when needed

David,

$6500 - $5000 for the grill, $1500 for the slide out table is a reasonable cost to you?

Have you ever met my friends Coleman and Plastic Folding Table?

I’m impressed that this is a list of actually useful things for a truck, as opposed to the kind of “gadgets” that Tesla likes to do, such as video games in the screen or fart noises.

Well, I starred your comment because...yeah. But as a native Texan, please know there are plenty (I dare say “most”) of us who are decent human beings. It’s just that good, everyday people rarely make it on the evening news...

And add to that he was driving a vehicle that was capable (read: the emissions systems were intentionally altered) of rolling coal. That’s like he was carrying an unregistered hand gun that he was brandishing and then oops shot someone.

Rolling coal when a person is in the vicinity and when the individual rolling coal intentionally or knowingly causes that excess exhaust to contact that bystander is AT A MINIMUM an assault. They are causing their vehicle to “spit” on a living, breathing, human being that is worthy of dignity and not having his or her

I have Bobson Dugnutt’s rookie card if anyone is interested in buying

Bravo! 197" versus 185" is huge. I yachts and extra foot is at least $10K, so it appears to be there same here. Also, the economy trade off is there. 26 mpg average to the Kia’s 21 mpg is about a 25% improvement. Just about what you would expect from two cylinders and a 100 hp. less.

Not only that, but apparently Orlove considers a 20% gain in fuel economy to not be a real efficiency gain”. Maybe his parents told him apples were oranges growing up?

At this point, I’m sadly not surprised the General insists on half-assing its offerings.

Psh it can’t be as bad as they say lemme check this ou.....oh. Damn.

It does make sense. I mean, based on current real world information, racists are among the group least likely to seek out vaccinations or other medical assistance in the event of a zombie plague. I bet they just lost their MAGA hats in the zombie shuffle.
