I delivered pizza in the mid 90s in a 1991 CRX HF. 65 hp, 0 to 60 only downhill, but handled like a dream. Reliably got 50+ mpg delivering pizza while leaving car on in driveways. But it had a dent in each corner, wheels from 3 different civics and no side mirrors.

I seem to recall Click and Clack discussing various schemes for this, but between the black electrical tape ‘fix’ for a CEL, they also had an idea for there to be a dollar sign for each 0 in the cost to get it fixed. Dead battery —> $$ , dead transmission —> $$$$.
