Agree with all the complaints. I’ve loaded two different non-operational Porsches on a Uhaul trailer, and the high floor made it difficult to get on without scraping or without a winch, too. The edge at the front is also pretty high, so I’ve needed blocks for the front wheels to avoid hitting the bumper. My final

I think the CHP has the most rigorous academy of any US-based police force. They also do not accept transfers from other agencies without requiring that those officers go through their academy like any other new recruit

Granted, both cars he has are pretty low (my 914 is definitely like sitting on the floor), but I agree -  I think that most sports cars are probably going to be a bit of a pain for Dave to get in and out of.

The Accord interior still looks better though.

Wagon (such as the Levorg) would be better. I enjoyed my 2012 hatchback, but it really wasn’t as useful of a space as you would imagine.

I think the complaint is the price you have to pack for the throwback. It’s not a revolutionary car, but priced as such. That said, Raphael is also correct that Lamborghini has milked the Countach before, so we shouldn’t be surprised this time either.

I agree - a simplified appearance, which wouldn’t be hard to achieve, would certainly help his sale. Besides, I see bubbles in the wrap along the rear fender areas, so it’s going to have to be pulled off regardless.

Wade Boggs died?

The 64 Dodge Polara makes sense. The holes may just be from rust and bullets.

I actually like the Avalon. One of our friends has the prior generation, and it certainly gives a more luxurious vibe than its badge would suggest - if I had taken a job with a longer commute, a CPO Avalon Hybrid would have been a great option. I actually also like the more distinctive look of the current generation

Absolutely - having as much information available helps to address what really happened.

I know that you have to pay a non-op registration fee, but I don’t believe you get any stickers.

This is a great reminder of not jumping to conclusions without having all of the facts. The cell phone video suggests a much different picture than what actually happened.

The current CA tags means it should have been running in the past two years, which begs the question of why the prior owner didn’t say what parked it.

I’m confused with the car - how does it have current CA tags if it wasn’t running. California requires a smog test every two years, so this thing shouldn’t have been sitting as long as it sounds in the ad.

My parents didn’t obsess with cars as much as I do, but they got me into cars. My mother is the original owner of my Porsche 914, so I grew up with that being the fun car that my parents would take us on for a quick fun adventure (back in the 90s, the spot between the two seats served as the carseat), so my earliest

All of these older VW vans are priced far beyond my interest level. This one is probably reasonably priced for the market and therefore close to a ND - that said, I still think the market is crazy.

It’s a very well sorted prelude, and certainly has appeal for old-school Honda fans. That said, most would be looking for a stick, and this one looks far to nice to do a swap.

It seems more like an attempt a suicide, with the idea of “if God wants it” or something inane. Regardless of her “tribulations,” driving down a street at triple digit speeds and no attempt to control the vehicle was not going to end well - this ended up being he best possible outcome in that no one was significantly

It’s an unique and seemingly well done conversation piece, but too far above ‘screw it’ money to be worth having.
