You're bragging about the amount of time you've spent on Jezebel?

"Democrats get a little more sympathy, I think, because they spend less time judging people for their sexual practices"

Nothing like an angry, oppressed white girl!

Good for you. That makes you more intelligent than most of the howling flock on Jezebel.

Also, you imbecile, I didn't defend the alleged rapists in Oregon. I defended the university for defending itself, and pointed out that they weren't convicted of any crime.

Nothing indicates he was an "aggressor."

MRA? "He"?

What you call "loophole" other people call "the law."

Inaccurate. They got the records while preparing their defense.

We don't know that they're rapists, as they've never been proven to have committed rape. And yet the school dismissed them anyway.

A woman calls a man, agrees to have sex him, but is so drunk she passes out multiple times.

Of course it was selective: I restricted myself to the facts that matter:

I suppose that's easier for you to say than to have to consider the principles involved.

The point is that we live in a world where these kinds of encounters happen frequently, and yet when the roles are reversed and it's the woman who is intoxicated, the man is a rapist.

So, this wouldn't be considered sexual assault? This would be considered a consensual encounter?

If the woman's claim against the school relates to the treatment, the school absolutely has the legal and ethical right to review the records and use them in their defense if applicable.

Every indication is that the school did follow proper process.

Why exactly is she suing the school?

Yeah, that's not a very credible source.

That's not even close to the events as she described them. Are you dishonest or did you just not bother to find out for yourself?
