I agree to some extent. Having great people to work is the best. But working with creative projects on freelance(animation in my case.) its has certainly helped working within a more colorful enviorment than the typical office white and gray.

It’s kinda funny watching “making of” videos on Japanese games and anime. So often the offices looks so dreadfully boring. Even Studio Ghibli looked like an typical office. (At least in the making of Spirited Away documentary, could have changed.)

I can’t speak for other Valve games today. But I would say that TF2 has a fair bit of cheating problems. Its easy to notice them cause the aimbots has this really fast twitchy movement. Hard to say how common it is but if I would play 10 hours I would think at least 2-3 would show up as an estimate.

I think Darkest Dungeon has shown us one thing about early access and the community around those games: “fans” are uncomfortable with changes that limits things for them as players. Even if it might be completly in line with the games core idea.

The DLC was released a month after the game was released on must platforms, so I think you are mistaken there. It wasn’t in my PC collectors edition I preordered. Perhaps in some countries the game was released later in.
