I was thinking exactly the same thing actually. Normally I am a fan of what Jade Raymond has to say. But in this she was talking exactly opposite of how her organization handles its product. She sounded like a politician.

Studies have to be payed for somehow. Who pays for them is irrelevant. All that matters is the methodology and whether the studies can be replicated to show a similar trend.

The only really legitimate right sony has here is the right to ban people from their network in what every way they deem fit to do so if they hack their console.
