Oh it will. I live in Austin and other than politicians there is very little in outspoken support for the team. They thought the city was just going to turn over prime downtown park land for them and that got quickly shut down. There were more people opposed to giving them park land than actual supporters.

Im betting that it has a lot to do with money. Insurance premiums are high, supplies and equipment are costly and the staff is expensive. Of the 3 you really only have control of one of them. So unless your practice is extremely successful or lucky, you skimp on the staff to afford the other two.
