It’s funny to me how many of the big names in the VR industry are laissez-faire capitalists who all unquestionably support the economic system that actively makes it nigh impossible for the tech to ever go mainstream due to it making housing both more costly and smaller in space per pound every year.

I’m waiting for this so I can play it. I’m not spending a grand on their Index thing that could go towards my house deposit just to play this one game “the way it’s meant to be played”.

I imagine that Nintendo is not involved and it won’t be Animal Crossing or the Nintendo Switch in the full length movie.

Wait this actually came out? I’ve been playing Niantic games for a very long time and when this was announced, me and friends were excited for it, but I completely missed that this was released, it didn’t hit our slacks or discords at all.

Same, I can’t even remember hearing about this at all - like even a single mention in conversation - since announcement.

So, that went well. 😏

Coming up on four years since release. I called it GotY 2016, and it continues to be one of the very best and most well supported games I’ve played since. Very little comes close.

Why do so many of the comics look so low res today? 

I know I'm probably in the minority here, but I really REALLY wanna see this movie. I'm a huge Monster Hunter fan, so having Diablos burst from the sand with it's signature scream is like a Marvel fan getting teased by Thanos in a post-credits scene.

Yeah, this isn’t the sort of game that plays well with randos.

But also, maybe people will finally take this epidemic seriously. If Donald Trump has to get sick and die for his supporters to start wearing their fucking masks when in public, it’s a sacrifice worth making.
