Good observation. Large parts of Undertales fanbase come directly from SU, which comes from Homestuck, and to a lesser exteny Hetalia before that I think. All fandoms known for tapping into unusually rabid reactions/devotion, esp from the teenage set. (Also, all things I enjoy)

I love it so much! I watched last season on tv with my mom. Mary Berry is an idol. Also, there was an American holiday version that just wrapped up, but it was awful because Americans are awful.

No, it’s definitely not terrible. I think I was hoping for something that felt as good as Spelunky, and instead I kept falling off the world. Also, yeah, visuals and load times were unimpressive.

You still gotta be careful and check reviews before buying, though. The recent bastion port is disappointing, and I’ve heard dust force suffers too. Don’t get me wrong, I love my little indie machine. ..I just think you gotta be cautious with ports

With the exception of Penny Rolle’s storyline, Bitch Planet was super disappointing. The storytelling was all over the place. But reading Lumberjanes pulled me out of the slightly sour mood that book put me in. Good list, mostly. I’m happy I took up more comics reading this year.

Everything I know about it comes from that Jane Austen class, but that little made it sound way better than the Victorian years. It saw the rise of Gothic literature, proliferation of novels and some abilities for social advancement into a new middle class via military. Also, ornamental hermits.

It was totally fine to talk about during the Regency period of England too. I know, because Austen directly states the incomes of most male characters, and I missed a question on it on an end of semester exam =/. Of course, Regency was also the piss in a corner spit on the floor idgaf period.

It actually sounds illegal, or at least super shady. I’ve only ever heard good things about GDC. But taking advantage of poor, desperate developers is awful. It’s inexcusable.
