her breakup from Dario would lead me to believe that she WON'T be entering the Senate race....unless she marries a hometown boy , and quick, lol

her possible Senate run has been in the air for over six months
maybe so, but I believe Dario AND Ashley are both great human beings, who have done and will continue to do great things- not in racing or acting- for many years to come.
genuine sympathy to your wife... and completely agree with you
She is absolutely more known world wide than her husband. I would bet that she could have potential Oscar roles at her doorstep, if she wished.
great comment, as I echo your words
I definitely wouldn't claim Cali over Texas, just Austin over other metro areas. Sunday was in Buffalo, Odyssey moved design and some sales facilities to Austin.
Wow, hell of a comment. Can't say I agree fully, but understand the sentiment.
great observation!
not a bad idea at all
just curious as to what vehicle had a "5.0" (assuming Ford 302 ,later EFI) and weighed 3700 lbs. Fox body 'Stangs of that vintage were close to 3000 lbs.- WET.
Austin has been the U.S. hub of BMX culture for many years....EXCEPT during the nearly unbearable summer months- when the X-games take place."Large number of BMX pro's" is an understatement, as I would wager that more pro riders call Austin home than any other city/metro area in the world. Skating has certainly been…
Good memory! I didn't make it there, but a bunch of friends rode in the BMX contests...they talked up the radness for years. Unfortunately the follow up " MTV sports and music festival 2" was in Memphis, TN....and I did attend that one, although I thought my life was going to end at the hand of a Memphis cabbie, and…
that fact always seems to get omitted from any discussion
GNX was rated at 276hp. L98 in '87 C4 was 240hp (up 10 from 1986).
Definitely a bit of an overstatement that the Typhoon could hang with its contemporaries from Maranello. Possibly the Mondial 3.4 would lose a 1/4 mile drag, but with trap speeds of 95mph(or less), even in 1992, the Typhoon was no supercar. It launched like a bat out of hell thanks to the slushbox and AWD (best combo…
Actually, it had triple side drafts (single barrel) IIRC. The intake ports were siamesed, so the three intake ports were each shared by a pair of cylinders. Middle cylinders (#2+#3, #4+#5)had siamesed exhaust ports also!?!? From an engineering perspective, possibly the worst head design ever, lol.
Slowlane wins this round of Jalopnik Jeopardy! Inertia dynos measure horsepower.
I like the idea for a Kappa based Stingray. Was very disappointed that GM never allowed that platform to continue. Maybe if the Toyobaru ft-86 twins are big sellers, GM could revive the Kappa platform in some fashion.
great points
