I think the voting in the Frosty/Baby case came down to a voting contest on whether or not Baby is 'rapey' (my 2cents, it's not). Unfortunately there was no vote option for 'misrepresentation of what the song is about'. If you didn't agree with MoGlo's framing, you voted for Frosty and vice versa.
