Deadspin is ....... Dead.

Some hand weights and a place you can lie down on is all you need. Push ups, sit-ups, planks, hand weight exercises, deep knee bends, windmills..... Add in a chin up bar and you are all set. These (and walking) are all what I do.

I just donated my 2004 Mercury Sable station wagon - had it for almost 16 years and put over 255K miles on it. The only problems I ever had with it was with sensors going bad - the first one at 120K miles.

Got my manual Alltrack in October.  My 5th wagon, four of which were bought new.

Bigger stores wiped out the little stores, bigger stores were wiped out by WalMart, etc. The hollowed out effect was happening long before Amazon was around.

Charge to 80 percent in five minutes?   Sounds great, except that the batteries may get so hot that it melts plastics.  On a car you could put in a cooling system to try to dissipate the heat but on a smartphone there is little you could do other than slow the charge rate.

If I wanted a 30 year old 2 seater, I’d just pick up an old Miata. You can get parts for it, the interior doesn’t look as dated, more fun to drive, and has a bigger trunk for DD use.

And the S doesn’t have the sometimes problematic sunroof.

I bought a 2019 Alltrack S MT two months ago. Dealer had just dropped the price by another $2250, and it was the trim level/MT/color I wanted.   I could have waited to find one with a little more off, but could have ended up with a combination that wasn’t quite what I was looking for.
