Yep. I think the one that will surprise most people is the fact that there’s also a recipe for suspension fluid (which is required for electron vapour, which is required for antimatter). Everywhere I see posts about making this stuff, it always says to buy suspension fluid (like a chump). You can end up making a warp

Lol, I was like “dude can’t smile for at least one picture?”

Hey you millionaires! Get outta that garbage!

JFC, this is a ridiculous argument. No, a bar can’t toss you out for being gay or black, or, more generally for BEING you. What they can do is toss you out for your ACTIONS. You do something that they don’t like, for example getting in a fight, they can absolutely toss you out and any lawyer would laugh you out of

That’s one reason PS4 is on top, but definitely not the only one. And it might not be the primary one. On top of that, once you include PC in the mix, MS actually has the larger install base by far, and right now PC gamers are going to try to convince their friends to go XBone.

Yeah, I’m calling at least partial BS on this. It’s easy for one side to say “if the other guys would agree, we’d do it” with no intent of ever actually doing it. Sony used to blame MS, and now MS blames Sony. They’re both guilty of blocking, and both have to stop pointing the finger and start shaking hands. But as

Yeah, my guess is that the ContentID system is difficult when the record labels are involved. It should be up to them to work with YouTube. Any _true_ independant artist should have no trouble working with ContentID. It’s always the labels that cause these sorts of issues, but artists skip over blaming them and point

Yeah, but the first games weren’t over-the-shoulder third person, they were all static camera placement for the most part. I agree that first-person is a major change in a single sequel, but it’s not their first change, and it doesn’t make it _not_ Resident Evil in my mind. The first game was pretty dang scary, and I

Hang on, these two put out an entire album of covering Elliott Smith?!? I get contributing to a cover compilation, but really, re-recording an entire album of his songs yourselves? That’s some ego. It’s one thing to love his music, and to love playing it (I sure do), but it’s something else altogether to try

It’s not terrible, but, yeah, far from the quality of the original. The guitar fills are just so novice, she ends each chorus with the high part that was reserved for the final chorus (which gave it more impact in the original), and playing Elliott tunes with a hard clackity-clack pick is just wrong. And starting

What a pile of crap. If this dude had a daughter, do you think he’d care if she was “just a little bit raped” and not “really raped by a rapist”? He wouldn’t want to split hairs, he’d want to split heads. Defending a piece of trash like this is being a piece of trash just like him.

So sad that people value him for “speaking his mind” and don’t realize that he’s just making shit up as he goes, and has absolutely zero accountability for the multitudes of mistakes he makes.

Yeah, that’s what they say now. I heard Nintendo say something to that effect with the new 3DS. And then earlier this year they dropped some new Virtual Console games that could only run on the new system. It’ll happen, old systems will get degrading returns very quickly, and within a year or two you will start seeing

Well, I’m a total flip-flopper, got Fallout 4 on PC, got Rainbow Six on PS4, and I’ll continue to do so, but the arguments for console definitely take a serious hit when they talk about releasing “upgrades” (ie. brand new console pitched as slightly better) in smaller increments. 4 years or less seems too soon for me,

Nah, I just blame Washinton Post. They’re the ones who submitted the joke review score (come on, this article is in the “Comic Riffs” section, instead of their actual game review in their “Entertainment” section). But I don’t have a high opinion of any site/publication that requires you to provide an email address

Well done on your part (with zero sarcasm or anything else subtextual about that). I feel sorry for you having to deal with overly suspicious cops, but the best case scenario for everyone is to not cause more problems. Police have to deal with crap on a constant basis, and, yeah, that means they often approach a

A bridge into Mexico would be the ultimate irony.

Wow. Just wow. The best cosplay is obviously when the “player” (what’s the correct term, btw?) looks just like the character they portray. With the slight exception of her nose not being /quite/ the same, this girl is otherwise identical. That last pic is especially spot-on.

I’ve been doing a similar approach, but based on whether or not my friends are online. If they are, we play missions, side missions, and encounters to clear a district. If I’m flying solo, then it’s collection time. Doing this a district at a time helps keep the progress moving along and re-visits to a minimum.

I’ve played through Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link more times than I can count, and my guilty pleasure is a galactic domination of Star Wars: Empire at War every couple of months.
