I just realized I have had my gmail account for almost 17 years now thanks to this. I feel old now.

Luckily, it was in a plastic jug with a lid so no pests. Just used it to make a bunch of peach butter this weekend after hauling in over 20 lbs of  peaches. It was that old because I rarely bake or make anything sweet.

I have a 4lb jug of sugar in my pantry and it is likely 5+ years old (potentially 10) so hopefully I don’t break any glass soon.

Plenty of people who bought their house a number of years ago, paid down a substantial portion of the principal, and have seen a large amount of appreciation in their home’s value would be able to pay cash for a home. Most with the ability to buy a $300,000 house cash don’t actually keep that in cash, it’s either tied

Yeah I am well aware of how that works. I also like the idea of not having a house payment. However, I am not paying down my 15 year mortgage any faster than the scheduled payments because my rate is 2.75%. When I do sell this house, I am just going to dump all the money I get out of it into my new home though, even

I get the point you’re making but there is a lot of appeal to not having a house payment. You have extra money each month you can invest or you can spend if you need/want to. You also have all that equity in your house you can always borrow against should you need it.

He also wants to ride comfortably, I wouldn’t say a 4runner, taco, or wrangler are the best highway cruisers

What about if I want to start running but instead of following a running program I make one up using the theory behind 5/3/1?

Yep, I just picked over 10 lbs of peaches so I feel like I have some qualifications here now. I cut the way she says most of us think to and it’s no issue because the pit pops right out of the peaches we have.

So do it. Most doctors won’t care if they lose a patient that thinks they are smarter than them anyway.

To be fair, people who are obese (and have a large waist circumference) are put at an increased risk for all cause mortality and is arguably the biggest health crisis we face. A doctor shouldn’t blame all of your problems on losing weight but for most people who are overweight (a lot of people), their health would

I think it’s important to remember that doctors don’t know everything and are working with the best data they have. I went through 4 doctors and a physical therapist before figuring out that I didn’t have a hernia (or many other possible issues) but instead had a strained hip flexor. However, two of those doctors were

Boy this is a tough one. You should definitely find a doctor you trust but you should also be aware of things like over imaging. For example, the story in your article:

Hitman was one of the more difficult and frustrating games I have ever played when I first picked it up and I am not new to games. Unless the latest version is drastically changed from whatever came out a few years ago for the previous gen systems, it is definitely not a game I would suggest for newbies.

I got a clicker to track sets. Finish a set, hit the clicker and the number goes up by one. One of the best purchases I have made.

Just to add some detail to the cable ratio’s, most machines are either 1:1, 2:1, or 4:1. Freemotion functional trainers are the odd ones at 3:1.

Of course the numbers aren’t 0 but statistically they are. Literally everything we do is a calculated risk. The probability of a healthy child having a poor outcome from COVID if they are even symptomatic is extremely low. You likely put them at a higher risk driving them to school, the park, etc.

Gee, you don’t say that it has increased since March of 2020? Facts are that children have much less of an issue with COVID even if infected (or symptomatic). I don’t even see how this is a point of contention at this point.

It’s been a long time so not totally sure but I assume I did. The bottom turned out burnt and completely black though.

See basically everything that has happened since the pandemic started. I could scrounge up statistics on infection rate among toddlers and elementary aged kids along with severe infection rate and how it is drastically lower than the common population, which I have done, but that would require more time than a comment
