I’ve said it elsewhere and I’ll say it here: The American Revolution was not for average people. It was for those who: 1) stood to profit from being independent of Britain 2) who had the time, money, and inclination to stand around in Boston or Philadelphia to argue for it.

Those same people, in turn, wrote the

Abrams facilitated and cheerleaded efforts that earned the scorn of human rights advocates, and pushed the US into a really dark period of policy that has come to define it’s actions since the late 70's.

Elliot Abrams is one of biggest monsters that walks free on this Earth.  We are an evil nation to make him part of our government.   Thank you Rep. Omar for this.   She’s braver than anyone else in Congress.

Kidnapping random POWs and murdering them was perfectly fine when I was growing up. We did it all the time in my neighborhood after school. No one told me the rules had changed. The world has gone soft, I tells ya.

Congress not made up of the rich and lawyers?

More teachers in congress... and doctors/nurses, engineers, SUCCESSFUL business people, accountants, economists, pharmacists, environmental scientists, activists, retail managers and you know, regular people who are experts in their field and not only legislation. People who are leaders in their communities and have

5 years ago, I was interviewing an attorney for a position in my professional organization (over lunch.) At some point, he took it upon himself to offer this opinion: “The only people I can’t stand are teachers and nurses... have you ever met a nurse or a teacher who didn’t act as if they knew everything?”

2001 was the turning point. Instead of sending a manned mission to Jupiter to look for a black rectangle with a ratio of 1:2:3, we decided to wet our collective pants and cower in fear screaming “Save us! We’ll give up anything to be ‘safe’!” to the government, who happily went authoritarian and are well on the way to

Perfect response to someone like Trump. Women are showing men how to handle bullies. Congrats to Nancy and Stacey.

Looking over Football outsiders today, the Patriots beat the no.1 DVOA team (KC), the no.2 DVOA team (LAR), and the number 3 DVOA (LAC) team in the postseason this year. That’s crazy.

it’s always ‘the Intercept’ with these leftier-than-thou critiques that are exponentially more innuendo than fact. and stuff like “...the student was accused of being a ‘Bernie Bro’...” because some people saying stuff on the internet totally amounts to a formalized “accusation” made by, um, some unspecified group...

Did you at least catch the Bud Light / Game of Thrones cross-over commercial. That was my highlight.

Sicilian here; can confirm.

He’s the left’s version of Anne Coulter and we need to be done with him. I’m seldom as embarrassed by anyone on my side of the aisle as I am of him.

Those people exist. We need to find a way to come together and overcome the forces of darkness. This is the challenge of now.

I’m surprised some level of government hasn’t made this illegal yet. Doing something that doesn’t make life worse for homeless people seems to be high on my fellow white people’s list of worst crimes ever.

isn’t brian flores literally the patriots linebacker coach?

Since I’m doomed to the greys forever, I’m just going to say it.

Cmon Channing wasn’t THAT b... oh Fyre. Never mind.

Sure the rest of the world liked obama, but tjhat was because he kept apologizing to them, bowing to foreign leaders, and otherwise destroyed America’s image around the world.
