Kia Magentis.
Kia Magentis.
Agree. For example a Golf of any generation is humble, but never beige. Even the weediest of them are still fun to drive.
Too bad, this is where a real carmaker can kick Tesla in the groin, good user design (which is seriously lacking from the Model 3 and Model Y). You shouldn’t have to fiddle with menus while trying to crank the heat up, nor take your eyes off the road to see your speed! The knob came about from user testing, people…
Hands down one of the best ad campaigns ever. I love it.
My Jaguar F-Type has a manual volume control knob on the center console. I prefer that to the steering wheel and touch screen.
The logo on the car is a bit too exciting.
Except for Audi, who then proceeded to cut costs in other ways.
That, is a good point.
Physical knobs cost money. There’s wires, the switch itself, diodes, etc. Its not much money, but it’s not zero. Over enough cars, I can understand the draw to touchscreen-only controls.
Yeah, like I said, it’s wild. I don’t hate it, but it seems weird to me to take away the knob and replace it with a screen, then replace the screen with a knob....
Yo Kia lost its shit when this commercial came out, that is an Optima under all that tape and fiberglass. But since this was satire it was protected speech and nothing Kia could do even thought they got called right the fuck out for their shitty designs.
This caper was (air)foiled.
He was just flying by the seat of his pants.
This was not well planed...he really just winged it.
Could William Shatner be reached for comment?
That GT-R better transform or also live in Tron.
Hopefully this combination of FE and GRC doesn’t turn out like FE and GRC did.
Fun on snow, but anything on two wheels becomes dramatically less fun if you hit a patch of ice! Ask the plates in my arm how I know!
And everyone complains that Toyota doesn't sell exciting cars anymore.
You mean the skvirrel test
