Either this or a Focus ST.

Prestone, etc., de-icer spray works awesome. I picked up a few bottles on clearance this summer, definitely cheaper than I could get even the shittiest vodka for. I’d recommend anyone to keep some in their car.

Depends who’s definition of totaled you’re going off of. An insurance company would total this out, as the amount it would cost to fix it would cost more than it’s worth.

We get it, you read reddit. You don’t have to post a picture for every comment.

I love that era of Volare. I’d much rather have a slant six, though!

That very well may be true; it’s been a while since I’ve been in one. I have a Focus ST and before I bought it I test drove a Fiesta and remember thinking it was quite a bit smaller.

Stretch the budget a little and get a Focus ST. Hockey gear would not fit in a Fiesta, plus he looks like a taller dude. Those Fiestas are tiny, even for me, and I’m hardly 5' 7".

This never gets old.

As an engine degreaser, sure, but I don’t know what else I’d use WD40 for.

I think the best off-the-shelf stuff that I’ve used is Kroil. A bit more pricey than PB, but it works.

This would be a great first car for someone vaguely interested in the automotive world, with its manual transmission and extremely cheap maintenance. You could knock the seller down to $2400 or so, too. NP.

So are the 511s only available in black for $29.99?

Have you not read any of the story? It’s normal to be nervous redlining a 243,000 mile 911 that you just bought with absolutely no service records; not to mention the fact that he needs it to last another 1,000+ miles to get home. I’m nervous just watching the video.

Does it have to be AWD? My Focus ST plows through the MN winter when wearing dedicated snow tires. Granted, I’m not driving on gravel but it’s got just as much ride height as a Mazdaspeed and is more fun to drive, and won’t cost nearly as much to maintain as a mid-2000s VW.

That’s included, you just have to apply for the ultra premium gold platinum express travel card that only gets you benefits for one specific airline that’s still going to fuck you when they lose your luggage.

This is fucking insane. I wonder how much longer the car will last before the gremlins come out.
