Neutral: I’m going to say at least 200 miles. If we want to really save energy and cut emissions we need to make them appealing to the people who commute at least 50 miles each way and/or deal with a lot of traffic.

If you visit Pittsburgh everyone is going to tell you to go to Primanti Bros. If you’re limited on the amount of meals you have time for, don’t. They do make a solid sandwich but there are MUCH better places to eat, and lots of them. Several other people have given great suggestions so I won’t bother repeating them

Not anytime soon. It’s a big time cash cow for the state. While they regulated the hell out of beer sellers they didn’t actually own them, unlike the Wine & Spirits stores.

It’s a beautiful place, yes... but that’s all it has going for it. The quality of the food has declined dramatically in the past few years and the beer was never anything better than mediocre.

That’s correct. They operate outside the environment.
