As Du Volant

About 15 years ago I went from Morgantown, West Virginia to Bridgeport, Connecticut to buy a 1987 Subaru XT. I’d been up there for other reasons and happened to find it, then went back a few weeks later to buy it and drive it home. It was beautiful- no rust, two-tone paint, turbo, giant removable roof panel (like 80%

Our system is broken. Even with decent health insurance this surgery could easily bankrupt the average American.

Fun fact: you don’t even have to be a mail carrier to buy one. Any average Joe can walk into a Jeep dealership and order a RHD Wrangler. The option packages are very limited and you won’t typically find one sitting on a lot, but yes, they are still available to special order and you do not need to have any special

That or “let them eat cake.”

RE: Your name-calling and making of assumptions. Can you provide cited, peer-reviewed sources to support your position? Or would you rather assume I just want to stick it to the rich out of spite?

In theory, yes. (and for now, until we vote to gut those too)

Jimmy Kimmel’s comment was sarcasm. He thinks all children SHOULD have access to healthcare.

Because of the cost. It’s usually not worth investing repairs at dealership shop labor rate on a 15 year old Honda with 150,000 miles. By the time we’d invest the money we’d be more invested in the car than what it’s worth. We do pretty well just selling them at prices comparable to Craigslist sellers and letting

That’s the way the company I work for operates. We present the car as being tip-top and it breaks down right after you buy it? We fix it whether it was sold with a warranty or not. But we also have plenty of people who will buy a used car with no warranty and then come in a year later wanting to rip our heads off over

I’m not in sales anymore but still work for a dealership and our guys deal with this constantly.

Even the so-called “100% American” goods almost always contain some component or ingredient from another country.

I actually had someone give me a little grief yesterday because I drive a Subaru. I told him: #1, the car was built in Indiana, and #2, I bought the car used so I didn’t even pay for any of the labor used to build it.

Neutral: Do You Really Care About U.S.-made Goods?

$38 grand? Might as well be asking a brazilian dollars for it.

Oddly enough old people love them because it reminds them of the car colors of the 1950s.

The BEST truck to own when you want a truck but don’t want to help anyone move.

2017 Jeep Wrangler Chief, a.k.a. the Smurf Edition.

I don’t have kids but I can tell you of the worst kid-messes I’ve seen in almost a decade of working at a car dealership. Warning: poop and vomit ahead.
