i think it all boils down to doug liman being quite good. he brought the correct energy. also, aside from pitt/jolie, vince vaughn is GREAT in it.

The chemistry between Pitt and Jolie is undeniably a huge reason for its success. But don’t discount some really fun action choreography. Like REALLY fun. It’s the primary reason I enjoy it. The chemistry of those actors in those characters having those fights, both with each other and with goons, is a fantastic mix.

It’s fucking breathtaking.

His shows are some of my earliest TV moments. Sitting in front (and too close) of the big zenith color tv and watching early 70's sitcoms. His work is solidly historic.

You can’t be sad for someone that made it to 101 and was with it up until the end. His legacy will live on and his vision of what network television can be will be missed. All you can do in situations like this is thank him for all of his work and wisdom over the years.

Please. She was more than happy to mug for cameras and put everything out there back in the day. A 20 year old Angie in 2023 would have grown up on insta and tiktok and been all over socials with her mans vile of blood around her neck. She just has perspective and kids now.
