The biggest star who ever appeared in these movies was killed in the franchise’s very first scene.  I’m not convinced people go to these movies because of the cast.

This seems like an example of everyone being reasonable, and just not being able to come to an agreement. Ortega’s a rising big star, and she’s right to request a high salary, particularly if doing another Scream movie would mean turning down work where she would receive this kind of pay.

Agreed. Season 2 has some great moments but a lot of weird choices and filler.

Good for him. If Apple (or whomever) wanted the speech edited, it’s their show. However, you discuss it with DeNiro ahead of time, reach an agreement, or find another speaker. Trying to be sneaky and just cutting it from the teleprompter is a bad look, and horrible lapse in judgement, as DeNiro calling them out on it…

Aside from coming from Ukrainian and Scottish blood, both nationalities with many centuries of alcoholism under their belts, nobody in my family has a tolerance like me. 

I feel it’s telling that they didn’t have the usual debrief at the end of the episode with the judges explaining why they chose they way they did.

You can be supportive of innocent civilians on both sides. Not all Israeli citizens support their government. Not all Palestinians support or are part of Hamas.

Both Hamas and the Israeli government are committing atrocities against civilians. This is not a simple situation where you can just support one side.

She didn’t say she supports Hamas. She says she is against Palestinian civilians being killed which you appear to be very much in favor of.
