I’m 5 years older than my boyfriend and some of his friends are 5 years younger than him. That means nightly texts at 11pm that “everyone” is meeting at some shitty EDM bar and we totally have to come out!!1! No. NO. No no no no. It’s 11pm on a weeknight. I have to work in the morning. Expectations in the US are as such: do whatever we say, for however long we say, for how much money we say, and be happy that you have a job at all.
I know what you’re saying. Absolutely they should be compensated and that’s the heart of the issue, but also those interns saying, “OMG they sent us emails at 10pm!!!” is not making them out to be the whistle blowers they think they are. They should stick to the fact that they received no compensation.

I’ve know enough non-monogamous people that I’ve come to the conclusion that most of them are simply selfish and don’t want to exercise self control. I’m sure that doesn’t describe all non-monogamous people but, within my life and experience, it is accurate. All of their relationships implode in spectacular fashion.
I’m with you. No outside junk touching in my relationships. Cheating is strictly defined and if that’s violated the relationship immediately dies, never to be resurrected.
