My personal Dell XPS13 is getting a little long in the tooth (~ 6 years) and so I was looking to get a new OLED XPS15 with a bigger HD, etc...

My hesitancy is that the transfer of my (Fed-pricing) Office Pro 2016 (i.e., with Outlook and Access, which I do use) to a new laptop (2016 meets my needs)
