There is a place here in town that does a very nice 18" or so‘pizza’ - expect that the pizza dough is actually a HUGE one-piece chicken parma, that comes out topped with a 4 sunny side up eggs, enough melted ricotta to make Costco blush, and LOTS of maple smoked belly bacon... Good god is it good...

I did some work on a job in Seattle, the old Twinkies factory from many many years before, one of the crew tried the filling left in the lines, he did not die...
