sooo in all reality, it's a 5000 m2 windchime? they're nothing but a square of aluminium(yes, it IS aluminium, it's an element, you don't say uranum do you?) hung on a metal wire-type-thing so they wiggle in the wind. not article worthy. cool, but not article worthy.

this is sweet actually, another good reason for a 3dtv *writes on the list*

@tj: i think he means the idea is retarded, like the horse. i think he also tries to imply that arabs are retarded, but i neither agree or am sure about wether he means that or it's just a bad coincidence that it leaves that as a possible interpretation

@rootyb: depends which?

@sip: meh, as a solid, even if it's worse, it's a lot less likely to escape, leak or spill, and it'll be a lot easier to recycle too since metals are pretty much the easiest thing to recycle IIRC

@Sticks Calhoun: yeah giz is getting sloppier and sloppier. i got on this site like a year and a half ago, and it really went downhill, quality wise. inaccurate articles, sensationalist headlines, poorly disguised publicity, and old news is now about 50% of our beloved Giz. someone needs to get smacked behind the

@dogm1: hmmm did you also forget other classics from the era? Descent, Daggerfall and Fury3?

@octasquid: i know, back as a senior advisor i kept bitchin' to the engineers to upgrade it. never happenned.

@tramusen: the way i see it, as a gamer, a core2quad will give me about 3 years of max settings (with an equivalent gen vidcard) gaming at most, vs probably 5 for corei7 and current top vidcard. i'm not saying it's necessary, but on the long run, it adds up to buying a lot less often, at least to me

soooooooooo here's my problem. i can't identify the aircraft at all. it looks like an A-4 but it has no tail what so ever. also it doesn't have wing extensions like the f-117 or the b-2. the only thing i could wiki that kinda looks like it is the MBB Lampyridae, but that never made it out of the factory, AFAIK. anyone

@Metron4: i know, it's a bit sad, but the truth is, the bigger the ship the more useless it is now a days.

@Hands: hehe, that's awesome. yeah i'm glad my elderly grandpa can't read the crap i put on there, lol

@Curves: isn't that just a suggestion? i don't know over where you are, but where i am it certainly is!!!

@WaR_HaWk: it happened 5 billion years ago over there. but here, in our event horizon, it's happening now

@Ravennl: quite likely not, since that collapse was in 2008-2009. that and xrays would likely heat up the atmosphere and increase it's temperature, not causing a collapse, but increasing the size of the thermosphere.

@Jackstick: listening maybe not, liekely our scales will sound odd to them, and also, likely that the signals might not be decoded properly or something like that. but detecting them, assuming the radio broadcast can reach that far (i think it could, but i'm not sure) they will certainly be paying attention to it,

@oxweeblexo: at the end of the day, i'm wondering, is that such a bad thing?

well. for those who haven't read the link, i'll sum up, because it's easy to be confused by the poorly written propaganda-like article

@funstraw: actually, those chambers are extremely unpleasant to be in. the sound levels are so low that your brain freaks out and you get dizzy.
