I feel like the expense of EVs is merely a challenge of getting manufacturing/recycling of batteries to anywhere near the extremely mature state of traditional automobile manufacturing. It should, if anything, be substantially easier to manufacture an EV compared to an IC vehicle - it’s just that the supply chain…

I never liked this design; it is somehow both too round and too boxy.
It works well in the larger sedans, but on a coupe/convertible I don’t think it scales well.
