Yeah agreed on risk tolerance v risk avoidance; I’ve spent countless hours in the ring with my company’s security team.
Dude I took a look at your discussion history, I’m not sure what “boomers” did to you but maybe you should get some counselling.
I feel like Mitsubishi is Artax and we’re standing on the edge of the Swamp of Sadness, begging that they just fucking try something, instead of shitting out bland runner-up class SUVs and Mirages.
This is true; but there’s a world of difference between making someone have to pick a lock and Amazon being signed into my lock & home camera system!
I think the statement is less about specific devices and more about allowing access to companies that gather data into our lives (Google/Amazon).

Also they’re brake lights, not “stop lamps”, and reverse lights, not “back up” lights. It is possible for a perceived authority to be wrong, just like the creator of the .GIF format who erroneously thinks it’s pronounced “jif”!
The strategy works well here if you have those street fundraising types trying to be all pally and goofy and to get your attention when you’re just walking down the street. I bust out: “My England... he is... not well” and they tend to leave me alone
Ford: Hey, we’re churning out trucks and SUVs and even ventilators!
Where’s our headline?

I know, like;
This is the year we see if Volvo’s “Vision 2020" gamble pays off - that being, they want no person in a Volvo car to die in an accident.
because nobody uses their turn signal in the first place? lol
GM already has my wrath for the convenience feature of SHINING THE GODDAMNED REVERSE LAMP AS “EXIT” LIGHTING, so when you’re in a parking garage looking for a space and see reverse lights, YOU NOW HAVE TO LOOK TO SEE IF THERE’S EVEN SOMEONE IN THE BLOODY DRIVER’S SEAT
I just think it’s hilarious that grilles are getting less mechanically necessary while growing larger and larger each year
ahahahahahahahahahahaahahahaahaa you can get SRT-10's for less than that!
