Right now, it’s my front passenger-side ABS sensor on my 2000 Jaguar XK8.

E60 M5. Comfortable, practical, the best execution of Bangle’s design language, and V10 power. A thrilling and utterly enthralling aural experience, and the kind of reliability and repair costs that would make a classic Jaguar owner blush.

The only reason I personally wouldn’t wash it is because that dust will turn to mud—- also you don’t know where there could be rotted rubber seals and the like.

Looks like a cross between an old Alfa Romeo and a Lada 2101. I like it.
Fuck it. NP

I read that as: any method other than using their convenient in-store finance

As someone working on the process of importing an Aussie vehicle into the US I can only ask why you would bother going to the expense and difficulty to import... that?

Holden Ute in Hyper Yellow baby

This car has never so much as given me a funny look, which is more than I can say of the Mercedes it replaced which spent 4 of the 30 months that I owned it in the shop!

I have a Countryman (JCW tho) and can’t recommend it enough. Exceptionally practical, hilarious to drive, AWD (fellow Wisconsinite), heated leather, comfortable for multiple adults - and still a smaller footprint than a Corolla hatch. If you like your current Mini I say stick with what’s good.

A proposal: We collectively refer to those Jeep grills as “crybaby” grills.
You ever seen a toddler so angry that they just scream and wail like a fire truck? That’s what I see when I see that face.

Thanks for the info - I did mean that as an actual question (not just being a dork doing “whataboutism”) so I’m glad people can take these cars and really sling ‘em.

“...Track, which keeps the battery temperature between 68 and 86 degrees for optimum lap time”

Can’t decide between the XM or the iX - both entirely revolting.

Now playing

I think I even saw this footage on Jalopnik recently but man, Peter Brock absolutely fuckin’ SENDS IT

I hereby propose the BMW Scale™ - kinda like if you’ve heard someone say “I’m a Cleveland 10 but a Los Angeles 5".

Aussie V8 Supercar driver Peter Brock - not necessarily the coolest but certainly the funniest what with somehow convincing GM to sell a car “enhanced” by magical crystals.

This is Salacious B. Crumb erasure

I... kinda like it?

Couple whiplash moments there though; Stairway to Beethoven? Yesterday to Hound Dog? lol
