@Purple Dave: Actually the G forces during a shuttle launch are lower than those experienced in some amusement park rides. Since people rarely poop their pants (well comparably rarely anyway, I hope) during those rides, it is save to assume that the G forces during a shuttle launch wont cause you to poop and pee
