There aren’t CCW permit holders in California! I don’t give a shit what the law says, it’s up to the county to issue the permit in the first place, as State law doesn’t prevent CCWs from being issued, and then they are limited to the county in which they were issued!

Don’t forget to add the distinction between unloaded and loaded firearms.
