Tanks can fire while moving.

it’s not that it cannot be true...it’s that this test with no attempt at control, or reputability(min of 30 repetitions per variable) is not “proof” that it is happening in any way shape or form.

look at drag races...a car can win or lose based on a fraction of a second difference in foot work.
