iTunes Match will only cost you $25/year if you don’t subscribe to Apple Music. It’s included in the $9.99 subscription.

Spotify is operating at a loss. In fact, they actually lose more money the more users they get. Google and Apple can take it, because that revenue is supplemented by their main business - advertising (Google) and hardware (Apple).

Jay Z bought it for $56 million. I’d imagine he’d want to sell it for more than that.

I still have the 5s, so I haven’t had a chance to use Apple Pay yet, but you’re the first I’ve heard with this complaint. I can’t imagine the ergonomics are any different than any other TouchID function, which I’m perfectly fine with.

The only future Tidal has is either being acquired or shutting it’s doors. And both Spotify and Rdio are much better acquisitions than Tidal. Tidal just doesn’t have the user base to make it valuable to any other company.

10 seconds? It takes about 1 second with TouchID.

This. I love the home button. It’s great how much functionality they built into one button - awake, TouchID, Siri, unlocking, passwords, Apple Pay, reachability, multitasking, etc.

Some European cities are building more. But others have strict zoning regulations. Paris, for example, has a height limit of 121 ft, with the Eiffel Tower being an exception. But Paris recently expanded that limit to 590 ft so we’ll likely see a growth spurt there.

This isn’t really as big a deal as it is for Spotify. On Spotify, if they don’t have an album, you’re out of luck. But on Apple Music, it will also stream anything you have in your iTunes library. So you can still buy her album on iTunes and stream it through Apple Music.

You can buy The Beatles on iTunes then stream it through Apple Music.

I was in a music store a while ago looking at headphones. A pair of Beats on display were broken in half. When I mentioned it to an employee, he told me they get more people returning Beats headphones for breaking than any other headphone they sell.

$600?! Holy fuck. I was actually considering it until I read that. I’d rather get a good Canon point and shoot for that price.

If T-Mobile gets good reception in your area, I would switch to them. They’ll buy out your contract with AT&T and you can actually get a real unlimited plan with them.

The caps lock key isn’t getting any fame. This is the only site I’ve seen it mentioned on other than Apple-specific forums. It wasn’t even mentioned at Apple’s keynote. The app permissions on Android were talked about everywhere leading up to, and right after, Google I/O. And the Chrome reader mode was everywhere

Nice. I have unlimited on AT&T and they’ve throttled my data speeds multiple times.

You mean like how Android fans celebrated when Android finally got proper app permissions or when Chrome finally got a reader mode? Two very basic features that Apple has had for years? Users have a right to be happy about their favorite platform getting new features, even if they are taken from other platforms.

Funny, because a lot of the stuff announced at Google I/O for Android M have been iPhone features for years. How are those “new” app permissions working out for you?

I’m not even sure I remember how the old site looked. The browser is the last place I ever watch Netflix on.

Apparently, Kit Harington already cut his hair and is reportedly already looking at different movie scripts. I hope his character is resurrected, but I’m guessing he’s out for at least a full season.
