So wait, if you have to COMPLETE a football move, what happens if you catch the ball and just stand there? If you just stand there for a few seconds, then get tackled losing the ball, is it an incompletion because you didn’t move?

This is the major reason why tuition at colleges is so damn high. It’s not the professors, faculty and staff who do the work, it’s the legions of high-paying suits that do very little but have neat sounding titles like “Vice President of Commercialization”
