Dunno if there’s a YearOne equivalent for the 911, where you can get more or less everything but the VIN. That’s about the only reason I could think of for buying this thing.

As a resident of AZ, there Is nothing more frustrating than 2 vehicles driving at the same speed-we call It a Scottsdale Roadblock. Hard to enforce and there are signs already posted stating slow traffic needs to be In the right lane but this law should apply to all multi-lane roads.
