Doesn’t interest me in the slightest but impresses me all the same.

I like the Caps better after reading about all of these events.

From a blog comment by Schoenfeld:

Between like 10 and 20 sets per week. Higher if you’re been doing it longer. Upper lower upper lower is good for four days but three days of full body are just fine too. Jeff Nippard’s Fundamentals series on YouTube has some pretty good explanations.

There was some suggestion that they went to lab determined failure, which can be more intense than “I’m finished for this set” at a gym.

Most lifters of all varieties warm up before they lift. You might be better off in the long term with a more set repetition scheme but you could just move on to getting some help from a trainer, a class, or an online program as you transition over to barbells or look for some place with tougher machines.

They tested their maximums before they began and worked from there. Not too tough to do in a lab but something people can do with help from trainers at a gym or coaches at a school or the like.

It’d be more interesting if they sold the 190 too.

This is very well written.

If they get that in a better place I agree that they’ll all be more attractive. So far what I’ve heard is that it mostly doesn’t work terribly well for any company.

Other than foolishly losing a pair of sunglasses I had a great time the last time I went to the amusement park (though admittedly I also like doing stuff like track days/autocross, so my tolerance for turning and jostling is high). It helps that I am mostly NOT a fan of amusement park food.

It’s likely a misinterpretation of the afternoon caffeine results. It isn’t.

The main reason to do that is if you drink coffee and can immediately sleep it will bring you out of the nap when you digest. Tough to do though.

I’ll stick to the Army’s coffee experts. They want to keep soldiers awake.
